Job Description

The Specialist I eComm Implementation supports initiatives toward achieving eCommerce-specific objectives and outcomes by organizing and coordinating cross-functional teams to create, guide, and execute strategic plans for reaching eCommerce goals. This includes developing and documenting reporting for the tracking of performance results and evaluation of key eCommerce initiatives in overall support of effective decision-making. Also responsible for documenting and tracking projects and initiatives, along with any potential risks and issues that would potentially impact the team's ability to reach eCommerce goals. Will work collaboratively with other stakeholders to develop plans and timelines in order to solve for any identified risks and/or issues.

Essential Skills

Primary Duties:

  • Assist the eCommerce Growth team in the development of plans for achieving Brand eCommerce goals
  • Create documentation for projects to help communicate strategic intent and plans for implementation
  • Organize project work and facilitate cross-functional project teams towards successful execution of the strategic plans and positive project outcomes
  • Effectively organizes and coordinates cross-functional groups with a focus on building a collaborative and inclusive team environment
  • Translate business requirements and vision into actionable project plans while road-mapping efforts through objectives and goals tracking
  • Track and provide status reporting of projects throughout the initiative lifecycle: from project initiation through activation of project outputs, integration into operations, ongoing results tracking, and suggestions for any adjustments post implementation
  • Effectively resolve any potential risks and/or any unforeseen issues within the project lifecycle through identification, communication, mitigation, and resolution
  • Be able to communicate effectively with team members
  • Implement project management tools and execute effective tracking of project progress and results
  • Coordinate the successful execution and planning of strategic projects, with varying scopes, by establishing objectives, success criteria, measurement plans, timelines, and deliverables. Coordinate post-action review protocols across cross-functional working teams
  • Provide recommendations on opportunities to improve the effectiveness of delivering project outcomes in support of reaching the brand's eCommerce goals
  • Assist the eCommerce Growth team by leading the organization and aggregation of performance measurement plans and creation of updates to brand leadership on enhancements to the brand's eCommerce value propositions
