Primary function of the position is to assist in the production of lumber.

The position requires cleaning throughout the mill using a variety of tools and machines. Assisting in all production areas when needed. Successful candidates must have the willingness and ability to safely work in a mill environment. A stable employment record with an emphasis on positive, effective teamwork, and focus on safety is essential.

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Good problem-solving techniques.
• Recognize and resolve potential problems.
