Job Description

Plays a key role on the Learning & Development (L&D) team. Duties focus on analysis of current and future business L&D needs, program/materials creation, facilitation of workshops/events, ROI metrics, and updates for multiple learning sites. Business area development ranges new-to-role, onboarding, leadership, and gap/skill assessments for both retail and support office locations.

Essential Skills

  • Conducts consulting meetings in order to determine individual/group/team needs and develop required materials
  • Facilitates small to large workshops and events for support office and retail locations
  • Assists with reporting on training metrics via data analysis in order to determine ROI and program success
  • Works in the Learning Administration package in SuccessFactors in order to assist with correcting and reducing compliance course errors and guide course development of learning, new-to-role, compliance or other training. Act as bridge to direct upload of materials into the SuccessFactors learning management system
  • Updates, develops, and maintains the GIANT University website and the MyGU (Degreed) learning platform in order to meet user learning needs
  • Develops and supports change management best practice plans in order to increase success during rollout of major projects, initiatives or programs
Required Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years in an L&D or related field
  • Master's in I/O, Learning or related field preferred
  • Change management or Prosci certification a plus
  • Must be able to present to small to large groups
