Job Summary:
This role will assist with the establishment of strategic direction, priorities, and goals for the claims digital transformation and ensure alignment internally and externally to claims. The individual will lead strategic projects and serve as a strategic thought partner to the CDT organization. This individual will work with key stakeholders to articulate the CDT strategy, develop a prioritized and sequenced roadmap of initiatives, and develop appropriate goals, measures, and prioritized recommendations to Claims IDE leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide oversight of the operating model needed to support the new CDT capabilities
* Support the development of the CDT strategy by considering all sources of input (e.g. research, test and learn / POC results, partnerships, etc.)
* Conducting key analytics (data sourcing, analysis, testing) required to inform strategic recommendations (e.g., competitor benchmarking, market assessment and financial modeling)
* Effectively communicate key messages/recommendations regarding CDT strategy to all stakeholders
* Ensure the performance and adoption of new initiatives
* Ensures understanding of business objectives, results, processes, etc. across CDT
* Manages stakeholders and effectively uses management tools to improve and increase integration within CDT
* Design and implement an operating model to support new CDT capabilities

Education and Experience:
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
*7 or more years of related experience

* Applies broad ability to leverage learned technical skills in support of team objectives
* Applies broad negotiation and/or arbitration skills

Compensation offered for this role is$100,400 to $139,850and is based on experience and qualifications.
