About this Position:

The purpose of the Process Automation Lead is to ensure the streamlined operation of ownership of enterprise -grade intelligent automation solutions including the Blue Prism and MS Power platforms.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop RPA assessments and strategy development through data collection and client interviews.
• Recommend the optimal RPA platform(s) based on client needs, scope and prioritize processes for automation, cost-benefit analysis, operation model development and building an implementation road map and business case.
• Oversee team of RPA support engineers with the goal of driving down operation overhead to support RPA technology.
• Serve as the focal point to communicate and resolve interface and integration with other teams.
• Prioritizing the book of work against the availability and capability of the teams.
• Work together with Unit Manager to provide input for the direction and vision of AHM IT, the Division, Department, and Unit Head.
• Contribute ideas and formulate the details on execution of Division. Department and Unit strategy around RPA and business automation

Who we are seeking:

Required Work Experience:

• 4-6+ years of IT business work experience
• 1-2 years RPA experience
• Excellent knowledge of automation tools and automation assessment frameworks
• Skilled in process modeling
• Knowledge of leading Automation Framework/Tools in current market; Blue Prizm and Power Platform preferred
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects independently and manage internal and external client expectations on project requirements and deliverables.
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to understand complex issues, gather and analysis data into trends / results, structure problems and design solutions
• Clear understanding of the Power Platform

Required Education:

• IS related bachelor's degree and /or equivalent work experience
