Job Description

Position Summary

As an Applications Sr Consultant in the Kalypso Oracle Practice, you will work in a client-facing role for global clients, helping them apply leading practice Supply Chain capabilities to challenging business problems. Our focus is on helping clients extract business value from the Oracle Cloud Supply Chain solutions, not just on making the technology work. In this hands-on role, you will help deliver Oracle Cloud solutions for a diverse set of clients in industries such as Manufacturing, Life Sciences, High Tech, Consumer Goods and Retail.

You will also help grow the practice by mentoring and leading junior members on the team, guiding them on leading practices in the implementation of Oracle Cloud Solutions.

Position Responsibilities

• Designing & developing business solutions, working with business process owners, department heads, functional groups, IT and others in the client ecosystem
• Face-to-face interaction with clients to design solutions that address application gaps or facilitate system interaction between commercial solutions and the client's existing applications
• Designing the technical architecture for the solutions in a manner that allows ease of use and quick adoption by users in all the involved business groups for a diverse set of clients
• Designing, developing, and providing oversight to the development team related to the solution design, testing, and deployment of the software solutions.
• Providing coaching and solution guidance as needed to less experienced team members
  

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Related Relevant Experience
• Legal authorization to work in the US

Preferred Qualifications

• This position typically requires a min 3+ years professional software implementation experience (Oracle strongly preferred) which includes 4+ years hands-on experience implementing two or more of the following Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Management modules - Product Information Management (PIM), Product Data Hub (PDH), Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Inventory, Manufacturing, Order Management
• Typically requires a min of 3+ years' experience leading Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Implementation teams in a client facing role (Cloud experience is specifically required).
• Application subject matter expert for Oracle Cloud Supply Chain and Manufacturing or Product Lifecycle Management
• Ability to influence business users on business process improvement and data quality
• Strong client interaction skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels of the client organization, including executives
• This position is part of a job family. Experience will be the determining factor for job level and compensation.
• The base salary compensation range for this role in Colorado is $103-140k with an annual target bonus of 5% of base salary. This position also offers a supplemental compensation through a daily variable rate based on target utilization goal achievement.
