Workforce Solutions Group (WSG) is seeking part-time, project-based Training Facilitator(s) to develop and deliver customized, training curriculum for Boeing St. Louis. Specific topics include but are not limited to:
* FOD
* Blueprint Reading for Aerospace
* Sheet Metal Assembler Training
* Composite Lay-up

What you'll do:



  • Deliver customized, aerospace training curriculum for our Boeing Pre-employment Program Sheet Metal Assembler Riveter, and Composites Technology courses. Applicants should have experience in aircraft sheet metal and/or composites background.


Education, experience, and other requirements:

Master's degree or equivalent plus 1 year of experience
OR
Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus 3 years of experience
OR
Associate degree or equivalent plus 5 years of experience
OR
7 years of experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Candidates will have experience delivering training in areas of Lean and Continuous Improvement, Leadership and Professional Development, Safety, Automated Controls, Industrial Maintenance and other business or technical training programs.

Industry and/or training certification(s) desired, e.g. CQA, ATD, ISO auditing, Six Sigma, OSHA, DDI.
Industry certification(s) in related fields.
Boeing assembly mechanic background and/or management of production assembly lines.
