Cabot Properties is offering an exciting internship position in our Boston office for the summer of 2025. The program offers interns a unique opportunity to engage in the acquisition of real estate in the industrial sector. The investment process develops transactional, financial, development and investment management skills. This provides interns an introduction to private equity real estate in the industrial sector and leads to a understanding of the structure of real estate transactions. This individual will report directly to the Associate-level members of the Investments team, the Investment Intern will be responsible for handling a wide range of support-related tasks focused on underwriting of investment opportunities, review of due diligence materials, market research, and all other components of the investment process. The Investment Intern will be a highly resourceful team player, who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, while remaining flexible, proactive, and efficient. The individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.
