Your Opportunity: Optima Graphics, a branch of Taylor Corporation, is looking for a new Customer Service Rep to join our growing team! You will work directly with our customers and be the representative of our company!

Your Responsibilities:

• Enter daily customer orders into our Monarch database
• Ensure that orders are accurate to be produced and shipped to meet customer expectations
• Assist other Customer Service Reps with customer inquiries and phone calls
• Answer incoming calls and provide customer and vendor with assistance
• Document calls and conversations
• Verify the accuracy of order information

You Must Have:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Desire to learn.
• Strong computer and data entry proficiency.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive attitude!
• Monarch experience a plus, but not required
