Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join the team in Canada! In this position, you will play an important role in ensuring our customers are taken care of an our company is well represented!

Your Responsibilities:

• Answer telephone call inquiries and promote our products.

• Assist customers with placement of orders.

• Resolve customer issues via phone, email or chat.

• Represent the company and its products in a courteous and professional manner.

• Handle situations and orders with both our French-speaking and English-speaking customers.

You Must Have:

• High School Diploma and 1+ years experience preferred.

• Fluently speaks French and English.

• Reliable.

• Ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently.

• Positive upbeat attitude, efficient, self-starter and problem solving.
