Duties/Responsibilities
Duties/Responsibilities |
Identify nematode populations to species level using molecular diagnostic methods (
PCR, qPCR,
RPA etc.), conduct research towards molecular characterization of newly detected nematode species, utilize state-of-the-art technologies such as high-throughput phenotyping,
GWAS, and gene mapping, and conduct laboratory research towards management of
PPN. |

Take a leadership role in data collection, data analysis, compiling original research and review manuscripts for publication in appropriate journals, assist Dr. Chowdhury in preparing research grant proposals, and present results at local and national conferences. |

DNA-based techniques. |
