Position: Transitions Consultant

Department: Wealth Management

Overview:

As a Transitions Consultant, you'll have the opportunity to build relationships with Financial Advisors across the country. It will be your responsibility to manage their on-boarding and transition to our Wealth Management RIA and brokerage platform. If you have a high standard for service and enjoy the challenges of working in a fast-pace environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

What you'll do:

Develop and manage transition processes from start to finish for our advisors
Understand, implement and assist in the training process for transitioning advisors and their staff
Work with other internal divisions to ensure seamless conversion of advisor's offices

Experience you'll bring:

Confident, professional and articulate in written and verbal communication
Strong organizational skills; capacity to manage heavy workload while navigating a variety of competing, ever changing priorities
PC proficiency, ability to work on several platforms at once

Bonus Points:

Series 7, 63/65 or 66, and 24
Brokerage industry experience
Knowledge of brokerage, advisory, and insurance products
