About this Position:

This role is responsible for overseeing the production, development, and maintenance of the Honda Powersports brand website and organic social media channels. These pieces provide the vast majority of customer facing information for the MC, ATV and SXS business.

Responsibilities include:



  • Plan and manage existing Powersports digital properties (brand site, microsites) including strategy, content updates and model releases.
  • Define and development of website enhancements for performance optimization and review and approve staging updates.
  • Oversee the development and execution of all paid and organic social media campaigns created by advertising agency partners.
  • Provide reporting metrics on Powersports digital properties for new model tracking.
  • Collaboration on cross department and enterprise-wide website and digital initiatives.
  • Budget development and utilization tracking/analysis.
  • Manage and influence complex, large-scale projects enterprise-wide initiatives for the powersports business group.
  • Strong understanding of website architecture (non-technical), content management, analytics, SEO/SEM, etc.
  • Makes decisions or influences updates to the backend website development and analytics.


Who we are seeking:



  • Works with social media teams on campaigns.
  • Works with product planning to get information on future models so assets and campaigns are on website ready to launch at embargo.


  • Works with Advertising group to ensure shoots include content that will meet the needs of the website.
  • Works with Service, Experimental, Racing, Customer Service, Warranty, accessories, Rider Ed groups to ensure the website has accurate information from those groups.
  • Internally works with IT department on any technical issues that occur.
  • Works with agency on all website maintenance.
  • Works with social media partners.


Required Work Experience:



  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, website management, or similar field, power sports experience a plus.


Required Education:



  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Marketing/Advertising.


Desired skills:



  • Communications, UX (User Experience), Marketing and other industry education a plus.
  • Microsoft Suite: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc. proficiency required, SAP familiarity desired, strong communication skills, project management experience, detail oriented, comfortable doing presentations to upper management.
  • Able to foster teamwork and enhance relationships.
  • Ability to influence and impact others.
  • Self-development and the ability to develop others.
