What you will be doing Albertson's Companies is looking for people who are interested in re-imagining the grocery experience by harnessing the power of digital technologies to optimize how we reach our customers. As a Manager of Business Strategy & Performance, you will be at the forefront of helping define the future of the business from the lens of strategy, product, and performance. You will be a key member of the Strategy and Science team reporting directly to the Sr. Manager of Business Strategy. You will work with the Strategy and Commercialization teams to synthesize data and insights and aid in developing strategic plans. Also, you will work with the Sales, Product, and Analytics teams to develop a deep understanding of what constitutes truly meaningful key performance indicators and outcomes, and drive to define, measure, and report on them. Additionally, you will support the industry, marketplace, and competitor intelligence process and aid in sizing opportunities. The position can be based in Pleasanton CA, Minneapolis MN, Chicago IL, or remote as required. What we are searching for
