General Description
The purpose of this position is to provide assistance and support to the Institutional Research and Analytics Team. The Student Worker will learn Microsoft Teams and SharePoint, supporting the team efforts to organize and document team policies, processes, and projects. In addition to team departmental efforts, the Student Worker may be involved in university surveys, data governance, etc. The position will also be responding to customer needs via email, phone calls, and walk-in appointments from faculty and staff. The Student Worker must provide efficient , friendly customer service while also accurately documenting, tracking, and monitoring work.

The Student Worker will be required to work in the office or remote. All remote workers are expected to follow the Telecommuting policy for Northeast, in addition to attend on-campus meetings when requested.
Qualifications: Education
Applicant must be at least 18 years of age. Work requires technical knowledge of SharePoint or a desire to learn the technology. Familiarity with Excel, Outlook, and Word is also needed. Applicants must be a current student at Northeast Community College.
Qualification:Experience
At least one year of experience in related training/courses or work experience. Experience with designing elements in SharePoint is preferred but not required.
Qualification:Skills
Requires strong organizational skills, as well as written and oral communications skills; detail-oriented; ability to research and resolve issues/complications; and ability to interact effectively with faculty and staff.
