As the Learning & Development Program Manager, you will provide both strategic and operational support for the design and implementation of key talent initiatives across all aspects of our organization related to career growth and employee development. This role reports to the Director, North America Talent Management & Corporate Site Initiatives and will work with colleagues to support initiatives across all business units within North America. The ideal candidate will work from either Racine, WI or Burr Ridge, IL. This position is eligible for HYBRID flexible work arrangements! Responsibilities
Designs, develops, and implements innovative learning and development programs that support the full employment lifecycle, including onboarding, career development, succession planning, and management and leadership development
This position pays between $93,000 and $142,000. (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.) Qualifications
