Position: Adoption Accelerator Manager

Salary: $48,568.00 - $56,160.00 annually

(Starting salary depends on education and experience)

RESPONSIBILITIES: The Adoption Accelerator Manager works under the direction of the Director of Resource Family Development and is responsible for the supervision of Adoption Accelerators and service compliance with the Kansas Foster Care Grant through the Department for Children and Families (DCF). The Adoption Accelerator Manager is responsible for the process of adoption from parental rights termination to permanency. The Adoption Accelerator Manager will have strong skills in communication, internal and external organizational collaboration, and inspirational leadership to assist families in carefully and expeditiously completing the requirements to finalize the adoption of children.

QUALIFICATIONS: This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Social Work or other Human service-related field and 2-5 years of work experience in child and family services. Master's degree in Social Work or other Human service-related field and 2-5 years of work experience in child and family services. Licensed by the Behavioral Sciences Regulatory Board to practice in Kansas (LBSW, LMSW, LSCSW, Professional Counselor, LMFT, and/or Alcohol and Drug Counselor. Must pass a background check, physical, and drug screening. This position also requires a valid driver's license and proof of current vehicle insurance.
