Senior Functional Analyst

MINIMUM SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:



  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field of technical study (Engineering, Computer Science, etc.)
  • 7+ years' of related, proven experience in program management
  • Industry project management certifications (PMP, etc.)
  • Experience managing government programs
  • Working knowledge of software development and requirements management
  • Convene and lead technical status meetings


DESIRED SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:



  • Master's degree in business or a related field of study
  • 15+ years' of related, proven experience in program management
  • Working knowledge of cyber testing or training
  • Ability to prepare and update a project management plan
  • Experience managing remote and distributed teams

FILLING THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON FUNDING

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Manage and oversee all aspects of the National Cyber Range Complex (NCRC) Range Modernization technical architecture maintenance and modernization program to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Responsible for managing scope, cost, internal staffing and outside vendors, and contractual deliverables
  • Develop project schedules, define and assign work to engineers and personnel assigned to the program. Monitor and control work for technical adequacy and provide assistance to resolve technical or customer requirements
  • Represent the company as the primary customer contact. Directly interface with the government customers and vendors. Communicate objectives, directions and guidance to the Contractor team
  • Mentor and coach assigned personnel to enhance performance, encourage professional development and documents performance
