About the role:
The Business Analyst will play an instrumental role in leading and continuously improving critical business systems for our Investments department. They will support ongoing projects and provide application support to existing systems. The person in this role will apply their broad knowledge of the systems/applications we use to provide clear communication to the technical team on what the customer needs are. The Business Analyst will build and maintain working relationships with team members, product owners, and their representatives. They will also form partnerships to guide upcoming work to those initiatives that solve our biggest challenges or provide the most business value in advancing the Institute's strategic priorities.

Compensation Range$92,080.80 (minimum) - $115,101.00 (midpoint) - $149,631.30 (maximum)
HHMI's salary structure is developed based on relevant job market data. HHMI considers a candidate's education, previous experiences, knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity when making job offers. Typically, a new hire for this position in this location is compensated between the minimum and the midpoint of the salary range.
