Position Summary

The Traffic Coordinator will be instrumental in helping the marketing team prioritize, track and deliver branded assets providing valuable opportunities and information for our members, candidates, prospects and community.

This role will work across the entire organization to ensure key development and launch milestones are met to meet key initiatives and commitments for our stakeholders.

Responsibilities

    Demonstrated commitment to keeping projects on track and milestones met working with our project management tracking system.
  • Support marketing and growth initiatives across the marketing team by organizing, tracking and reporting individual projects.
  • Assist marketing and creative partners to meet critical timelines and adhere to milestones along the way.
  • Develop, organize and maintain all creative process and procedures documentation, and acts as point person for such information keeping all updates completed and timely.
  • Ensures compliance with processes, estimating and budgeting processes.
  • Reports on progress against departmental objectives in an accurate and timely manner
  • Maintains and organizes multiple marketing department operational assets such as audience lists, landing page inventory, email and social media calendars. Assists with tracking channel MDF or SPIF programs.
  • Assists in delivery of assets to the Digital Asset Management platform on time an in correct form.
  • Works with supervisor and and other marketing leadership to manage and monitor expenses against budget.
  • Works collaboratively with the team to meet ongoing business objectives
  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications preferred
  • 3+ years experience with marketing technology or related experience
  • Exceptional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent PC skills including MS Office products (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook), internet and web applications/navigation

  • Effective organization, time and project management; ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet multiple deadlines; all with limited supervision as position is remote
  • Highly motivated individual with a can-do experience; resourceful and proactive

Physical & Mental:

  • Up to 10% travel may required
  • Work normal business hours and extended hours when necessary
  • Remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods
  • Regular use of office equipment such as a computer/laptop and monitor computer screens
  • May occasionally, approximately 10% of the time, transport and/or lift up to 30 lbs. of equipment or packages, which may also involve squatting, bending, or kneeling
