After reviewing the position description, if you feel you are a fit for our organization and possess the required qualifications, we invite you to apply: SRE is seeking a PMP-certified Project Manager with experience managing organizational transformation, human capital, strategy, leadership development, and coaching contracts. This position will lead multiple task order contracts across various Federal Government customers. Please Note: This role is remote but requires some routine visits to the client site in Washington, D.C., so candidates should be within a comfortable commuting distance to the DMV area. Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Manage the project's budget, scope, schedule, and risks.
- Serve as the lead for client relationship building and management.
- Lead project teams in gathering client requirements and expectations for contract deliverables and work products.
- Manage multiple, concurrent projects with different project teams, clients, stakeholders, schedules, and deliverables.
- Perform team management, subcontractor management, and team building activities to drive collaboration, alignment, and service excellence in a matrixed environment.
- Provide thought leadership and insights as well as written inputs for deliverables and work products.
- Manage and/or contribute to the gathering, analyzing, synthesizing, structuring, visualizing, and reporting of data and information to provide findings, conclusions, and recommendations for studies, assessments, analyses, and strategies.
- Identify and develop opportunities to provide additional services to help clients address organizational needs.
- Develops project plans that identify key issues, problems, approaches, performance metrics and resources required.
- Designs processes to address identified problems.
- Define and clearly communicate roles and responsibilities for project team members. Establishes team membership and negotiates time commitments and resource allocation.
- Motivates team members and facilitates team meetings.
- Onboard and integrate new project team members.
- Acts as liaison, problem solver, and facilitator.
- Provides guidance to team on performance and productivity issues.
- Leads and directs the work of others.
- Must be able to manage competing priorities through prioritization of tasks and activities and set deadlines appropriately.
- Produce high quality work and strive to be error-free by focusing on quality assurance. Deliverables must be appropriate, accurate and meet the customer and contractual requirements.
- Must possess integrity and be service focused at all times.
- Leading and directing the work of others and assumes primary responsibility for ensuring completion of all project deliverables on time and with the highest quality.
- Providing project management support for executive-level meetings, including agendas, logistics, facilitation, and meeting minutes.
- Exhibit flexibility and resilience within both client organization and SRE.
- Provide inputs for proposals, including identifying clarifying questions, assumptions, methodologies/approaches, the staffing mix, and level of effort.
- Support internal projects, as needed.
- Must possess a drive for continual learning and professional growth.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree and minimum of 10 years of experience in project management for federal government contracts
- Master's Degree and minimum of 8 years of experience in for federal government contracts with established experience in a project management capacity
- PMP certification is required
Skills:
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents
- Ability to understand and demonstrate successful management of processes related to federal government contracts and their requirements, such as CPARS, acquisition life cycle program/project management, subcontract management, and DCAA compliant timekeeping
- Ability to understand and demonstrate successful management of federal government contract types, BPAs, IDIQs, and time and material, labor hour, and firm fixed price

Compensation: The estimated salary range for this position is estimated to be $90,000 - $180,000/year. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. SRE considers a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Additionally, SRE adheres to all state and federal requirements regarding salary to ensure compliance with applicable labor laws. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of SRE's robust total compensation package for employees. Work Environment: The primary work location of this position is Washington D.C. Metro area, remote work is allowed but not guaranteed.
