General Purpose and Scope of Position:

This position would be responsible for managing the day-to-day production activities of the INTEGRA seed brand.

Key Skills and Abilities:



  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Horticulture, or a related field
  • Knowledge of seed business
  • Knowledge in end-to-end seed production processes
  • Data management and analysis skills

  • Excellent communication skills; verbal & written
  • Work independently with minimum supervision
  • Ability to take initiative to accomplish tasks
  • Excellent problem-solving skills


Key Deliverables and Responsibilities include:



  • Responsible for maintaining production workflow and quality assurance, meeting production and shipping deadlines.
  • Ensure that seed production activities are completed to optimize quality and volumes in accordance with defined standard operating procedures
  • Responsible for managing all the contracts for corn and soybean production
  • Develop and maintain relationships with all third-party conditioners
  • Work closely with agronomists on making product selections and forecasting yearly production plans
  • Managing all inventory and supply, and ensuring that processes and expectations are being met internally
  • Developing and communicating tasks and objectives to the seed team
  • Develops, coordinates, and enforces policies, procedures, and productivity standards
  • Contributing to the long-term strategic planning of the production department to ensure that we can meet demand and face challenges by thoroughly understanding the issues and identifying future trends and their impact on seed production
