MINIMUM SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:



  • Knowledge of USAF Electromagnetic Spectrum Management Operations (EMSO) tactics, techniques, procedures, and procedures
  • Understanding of airborne operations, EMSO emissions, and de-confliction principles, especially in a complex electromagnetic environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively, organize activities, analyze data, and present solutions to complex problems
  • Graduate of one of the following, or equivalent courses: Spectrum Management (SM) Spectrum Operations Apprentice Course (SOAC), Keesler AFB or Battlefield Spectrum Management (BSM) Course, Ft. Gordon. Active DoD TOP SECRET with SCI eligibility Working proficiency in Microsoft Office Power Point, Excel, and Word. Strong written and verbal communication skills


DESIRED SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:



  • Familiarity with Intelligence support to air and/or cyber tasking order (ATO/CTO) cycle
  • Prior experience working in a NAF or MAJCOM air operations center, multinational Combined AOC, joint/other Service equivalent; analytical experience highly desired
  • Working knowledge of Joint and USAF doctrine, specifically operational planning and ISR employment
  • Ability to interface directly with the customer, work independently or as part of a team, and provide written status to management
  • Background in space (Space Force, SPACECOM) assets, operations, and organization

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Deliver subject matter expertise on electromagnetic spectrum management analysis, enabling the planning and execution of Information Warfare capabilities in electromagnetic spectrum operations (EMSO)
  • Interact with other operational elements within the OC to advance analyzing, reporting, and categorizing EMSO management activities to enable operational execution
  • Employ a detailed understanding of tactics, techniques, procedures, and processes in order to support ISR priorities and missions, specifically as it relates to being a subject matter expert on the electromagnetic spectrum
  • Provide technical advice on technical assistance to effected users to resolve the EMI, authorized allocation of the electromagnetic spectrum, electromagnetic characteristics and electromagnetic compatibility
  • Research International and Host nation spectrum regulations and guidelines to ensure compliance with allocations and restrictions
