How will you make a difference to PMI? You will be a Brand rock star, leader, and visionary. You will deliver winning campaigns that drive brand awareness and shape the perception of PMI as an organization at the forefront of the future of work. You will work with the Director of Brand to define innovative campaign strategy and lead a talented team tobring campaigns to life on the world stage. You will work withcross-functional stakeholders and top-level agency partners indeveloping new campaigns, leveraging partnership opportunities,and designing overall campaign experiences.


What you'll bring to the role:



  • You will ensure high-quality implementation and delivery of web experiences across PMI.org that supports digital marketing & business stakeholder strategies.

  • You will oversee a team of webspecialists in developing strategies & tactics to achieve business objectives through web marketing technology platform(s)

  • You will develop strong partnerships across all functional areas of the organization to create new web features and functionality.

  • You will support the effective and proper use of marketing technology, promotes knowledge of marketing technology capabilities, and provides marketing technology strategy support.

  • You will identify and coordinate training opportunities and resources for how marketing technology can be used to strengthen the organization strategy and mission.

  • You will oversee the writing, design, and delivery of communication resources to internal audiences to communicate marketing technology and its services.

  • You will participate in cross-functional projects across the organization to provide marketing technology end-user resources & subject-matter expertise.

  • You will collaborate closely with technology partners to ensure overarching web & digital platforms meet the organization's marketing needs.

  • You will manage and support the day-to-day activities of the automation specialists and end-user specialists.

  • You will maintain an understanding of new digital marketing technologies and best practices.

  • You will ensure external vendors adhere to CMS standards & constraints.

  • You will have other duties as assigned or identified.


Role Qualifications:




  • BA in business, marketing or related field

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, specifically experience with digital marketing and web content management systems/platforms. Sitecore experience strongly preferred.

  • Strong understanding of technologies that support various website channels and mobile.

  • Previous experience using website analytics reporting platforms.

  • Comfortable understanding of HTML/CSS,

  • Possesses a passion for learning, developing, and inspiring the use of current, new, and emerging technologies, particularly marketing technologies.

  • Ability to present technology in fun and innovative ways to motivate and engage others in their day-to-day roles.

  • Ability to take complex business rules and translate them into website solutions.

  • Experience leading teams and providing direction and development.

  • Ability to collaborate/communicate with cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects, while working under pressure

  • Demonstrated ability to combine strategic thinking with tactical execution.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
