Work Style: Onsite

This role will provide Production Execution Management for Manufacturing including mid-range to long term strategic business planning, annual budget planning and performance analysis, organizational development, policy and procedure development.

Requirements include:

• 4 Year Degree in Engineering/Manufacturing or equivalent
• 10 years' experience in a production manufacturing environment
• 7-year's management experience
• Experience in establishing mid to long range business plans and establishing annual operating budgets
• Extensive production and prototyping technical knowledge
• Familiarity with development and test processes
• Knowledge of prototype machining, castings, treatment processes
• Strong budget control and result oriented skills
• Knowledge of quality control standards
• Knowledge of inventory control processes, First in/first out; last in/last out
• Ability to develop and modify production schedules.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good PC skills and knowledge
• Must have an understanding and technical knowledge of close tolerance machining processes (mill, lathe, etc.)
• Understanding of quality assurance inspection and measurement methods
• Must be self-motivated, self-directed with minimal supervision
• Work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Motorsports understanding of assembly and tear down techniques experience preferred.

• Competitive Base Salary: $113,000 to $195,000

Pay will be based on several variables that include, but not limited to geographic location, work experience, education, etc.
