University Pathway to Success Program
Overview University Pathway to Success Program Atlas Air is now offering the University Pathway to Success Program which provides a direct path for early career pilots that have completed primary training, recently graduated from an accredited aviation program and are working towards R-ATP or ATP minimums. Providing pilots with a jumpstart for their career, this program offers a rare opportunity to fly a 737 as a First Officer. Pilots meeting ATP / R-ATP minimums are given training and coursework needed to complete their ATP via an AAWW vetted program including the Airline Transport Pilot Certificate Training Program (ATP / CTP), ATP Written Exam, ATP Practical Exam, and a jet transition course designed to prepare you to fly the 737. The University Pathway to Success Program provides well-qualified candidates with a program valued at over $25,000 and the chance to start their career earning one of the aviation industry's most valuable type ratings. Successful candidates may receive a conditional job offer as an Atlas Air 737 First Officer. The 737 position is contingent upon successful completion of the selection process and all prescribed modules of the University Pathway Program - ATP / CTP Course, ATP Practical (flight portion), and the jet transition course.
