University Pathway to Success Program

Atlas Air is now offering the University Pathway to Success Program which provides a direct path for early career pilots that have completed primary training, recently graduated from an accredited aviation program and are working towards R-ATP or ATP minimums. Providing pilots with a jumpstart for their career, this program offers a rare opportunity to fly a 737 as a First Officer.

The University Pathway to Success Program provides well-qualified candidates with a program valued at over $25,000 and the chance to start their career earning one of the aviation industry's most valuable type ratings.
