GAI Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager with 8+ years of experience in Civil Engineering to join our talented and energetic team in Homestead or Cranberry, Pennsylvania, or Jacksonville, Orlando, and Tampa, Florida. An ideal candidate has design experience and client relationships in the public and private sectors. We are looking for a motivated person to join our team to build a business with sales and technical experience. Remote and/or Hybrid work schedules (home or office) are viable options and the successful candidate will be eligible for a sign-on and/or relocation bonus. This is an excellent opportunity for the right individual to grow into a leadership position. Excellent communication skills are required. The successful candidate must perform and manage related design/planning/engineering tasks in the civil engineering market. Technical experience in work for the public sector and private required. The public sector includes providing civil engineering for cities and counties. Private sector experience including commercial and residential land development. Competency

Masters of Business Administration (preferred)
Bachelors of Engineering (required) Experience
8 years: Total engineering or technical experience including design of paving, grading, stormwater, and utilities and/or managing projects consisting of these components. (required)
Demonstrated mastery of fundamental project management skills and use of PM advanced techniques and practices to increase productivity, efficiency, and accuracy. (required) Licenses & Certifications
Project Mgmt Prof (PMP) (preferred)
Driver's License (required) Professional Engineer (required) Skills
