Job Summary: Avnet's Global HR Operations department is looking for an HR senior data analyst to join our Data as a Service team. In this role, you'll work with Avnet's global HR team and various business stakeholders to deliver advanced reporting and people analytics solutions. A strong background in HR reporting will enable you to foster a culture of data-driven decision-making. You'll partner with internal clients to understand their needs and requirements. As you build these relationships, you'll be responsible for promoting best-practice measurement tactics and maintaining a suite of data visualization dashboards. Your process-oriented approach will ensure we deliver simple, accurate, and consistent solutions that meet business needs while adhering to data-privacy and compliance requirements.
