We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Therapist to join our team at our Outpatient Mental Health Clinic in Silver Spring, Maryland. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to provide vital clinical services to individuals coping with a variety of diagnoses, including severe mental illness. Your responsibilities will encompass individual, family, and group therapy, alongside treatment planning and collaboration with our interdisciplinary team, ensuring top-notch mental health care delivery to our consumers.

Position Details:
Full-Time: Monday to Friday
Location: Silver Spring Outpatient Mental Health Clinic
Candidate Info:
- Licensed Social Worker (LCSW-C) Maryland state licensure in mental health services
- Able to provide clinical supervision to interns and LMSW therapists
Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary team for treatment planning and evaluation
- Prepare socio-psychiatric case history information and treatment plans

Compensation and Benefits:
Pay Range: $70,898 - $79,405 per year, paid bi-weekly. Salary calculated based on education and experience.
Other Compensation: Employees are eligible for bonuses (variable, depending on company and individual performance).
PTO: New employees can accrue up to 96 hours of PTO in the first year (pro-rated based on start date). Employees can accrue up to 40 hours of sick leave per calendar year (pro-rated based on start date).
Holidays: 8 paid holidays per year
Retirement: 403(b) plan participation available at hire. Employer matching after 1000 hours of service. Discretionary employer contributions are given at least once a year.
