As a Senior Office Services and Operations Manager, you'll lead a team responsible for maintaining our prominent San Francisco office facility and ensure a high level of office support services is provided to our associates. You will also provide remote oversight to 3 smaller west coast offices. " I am the person Capital Group is looking for." You have extensive experience leading/managing teams that are responsible for maintaining Class A facilities and providing the core office support services that are critical for a large complex global organization. Deep experience in facility management, financial budgeting, business continuity, vendor management as well as a basic understanding of building mechanical systems is a plus. You are comfortable navigating a highly collaborative corporate environment and balancing multiple stakeholders and groups to accomplish a goal. You're a proven leader and skilled communicator. You place a high value on being authentic, respectful and engaging. You've facilitated a variety of successful meetings ranging in size, with diverse audiences. You embody our core values and can motivate and develop a high performing team. This will include coaching, mentoring, identifying stretch opportunities, assigning work and managing performance. You have a strong foundation providing innovative solutions and partner in delivering metrics that demonstrate the efficiency and effectiveness of facility maintenance and operations. San Francisco Base Salary Range: $160,528-$272,898 In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
