This Opportunity:
USAID will be issuing a suite of procurement service agent contracts as part of the Next Gen Supply Chain suite of programs. This position will provide communications across the Integrated Procurement Service Agent (PSA) and HIV PSA Next Gen Contracts. The Integrated PSA will be responsible for procurement and global distribution to USAID partner countries of $336M in Malaria, FP/MNCH, and infectious disease commodities. The HIV PSA will procure and deliver approximately $400M per year of pharmaceuticals and other commodities for HIV prevention, care, and treatment. The successful contractor(s) will provide these services under a five-year contract with an additional five years of options. Palladium is seeking a Communications Advisor to join the core Engagement Team of the PSA programs.
The Communications Advisor will be responsible for managing effective and streamlined communications of project activities and data to internal and external stakeholders in a way that is easily digestible by supply chain and non-supply chain experts. The Communications Advisor will work with the project's senior leadership team to ensure that data that is shared is relevant and meaningful.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Key Competencies Required:
Master's degree and 5 years of experience, or bachelor's degree and eight years of experience in communications, HIV, malaria, family planning, supply chain, and knowledge of USAID health programs preferred.
Experience across various social media platforms.
Ability to compellingly present data, results, impact, and information to different audiences.
Excellent written and spoken English and ability to communicate across technical disciplines and non-technical audience required. Ability to speak and write French a plus.
