Job Details We are looking for energetic, ambitious, and personable team members experienced in outbound calling.
RESPONSIBILITIES: *Fulfill activity plan and appointment conversion goals within stated guidelines *Communicate using the company-prescribed appointment-setting methodology *Sell the value of the in-home consultation and convert appointments at or above the stated percentage goal *Question & listen to customers; identify the customer's wants, needs, desired results or problems; re-direct calls to appropriate contact to ensure customer is served properly *Act as "voice of RbA"; communicate to all team members, customers and prospective customers respectfully and tactfully *Assume responsibility, including follow-up, for all problem resolution and customer satisfaction within your responsibility and authority *Follow up on all voice mail and other inquiries immediately QUALIFICATIONS: *Outgoing, personable and approachable *Disciplined and follow procedures *Energetic, self-starter who is persistent, ambitious, goal and task oriented *Demonstrated ability to meet goals *Strong communication over the phone and email *Excellent written and verbal skills *Previous cold calling experience *Customer focused, results oriented; strong work ethic *Skilled at managing objections If this sounds like a good fit for you, we'd love to hear from you!
