We are seeking One Therapist to serve as Co-Responder on our Resiliency Team, working in tandem with DHS officials to provide responsive outreach services for members of our community who may be struggling with mental health.

This is a full-time position with a schedule requiring a couple of days working evening hours, including evening hours.

Duties:



  • Must work effectively as a part of an interdisciplinary team, including DHS workers, to efficiently meet the needs of clients.
  • Coordinate services with DHS and connect to appropriate level of mental health/substance use treatment
  • Provide feedback to police officers that will acknowledge that their referrals to the CIT Team are making a difference for consumers in their community.



Compensation:

Unlicensed $50,000 - $57,000 annually. We also offer a bilingual bonus of 10% for individuals who can substantiate Spanish language proficiency.

Licensed $60,000 - $70,000 annually. We also offer a bilingual bonus of 10% for individuals who can substantiate Spanish language proficiency.

We are pairing a licensed therapist with a child welfare worker to respond to homes in which a DHS referral was made and there is a behavioral health identified need. The goal is to quickly connect youth/family to care and reduce connections to child welfare as a result.

The base compensation range represents the low and high end of the AllHealth Network compensation range for this position. Actual compensation may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, and the ability to embody the AllHealth Network mission and values. The wages provided here are just one component of AllHealth Networks' total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term and long-term incentives as well as a generous benefits package as outlined below.
