JOB SUMMARY: The Software Developer is an experienced member of the IT Development team working on high-performance client-facing and in-house web and native software applications. This is a hybrid position that works on-site Tuesday through Thursday and remotely on Monday and Friday.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
• Bachelor's or Master's degrees in Engineering disciplines or related fields who have gained sufficient mastery of information technology principles through coursework, internships, experience, or a combination of those, are acceptable.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

• 3 to 5 years of software development experience with ability to conceptualize, plan, and build software to solve complex problems.
• 3 to 5 years of strong Object-Oriented Programing and System Design skills using following technologies.

o SQL Server 2012 or later, SSIS, MS Access, Entity Framework, Dapper

o Familiarity with Azure DevOps and Azure Cloud Computing Services

o Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Git, Jenkins

o Visual Studio 2019 or later

o Windows Server 2016 or later

• Proficient in Microsoft technology stack
• Strong understanding of SOLID Principles
• Knowledge of system architecture, design patterns & ability to work in layered architecture: Presentation, Service, Business & Data
• Proficient in version control and source code management (e.g., Git)
• Experience with modern, responsive, single page web app development using HTML5, JavaScript
• Web Frameworks (Angular, React), or CSS (e.g., Bootstrap)
• Proficient in developing, securing, and deploying RESTful Web APIs
• Experience with Third Party development tools such as DevExpress, Telerik, FusionCharts.
• SQL Server query optimization and table design

• Understands and completes product technical design and prototyping, software development, bug verification and resolution.
• Participate in group discussions by clearly expressing thoughts and ideas
• Communicate technical requirements and capabilities to non-technical team members, product owners, and partners
• Perform code reviews with other developers
• Develop and code unit tests and other automated testing solutions.
• Research and development of new processes, procedures, and technologies that impact business operations
• Design databases schemas while working closely with Data Analysts
• Develop and implement strategies to build web applications with interactive dashboards.
• Develops and tests applications based on business requirements and industry best practices.
• Implement security measures to safeguard databases and APIs
• Provide troubleshooting and debugging support when issues arise in production environment.

Expected salary range: $60,900 - $95,000
