And this is our Senior Product Marketing Manager role for idea generators, planning geniuses, and natural-born analysts. This role reports to the COO of Kompyte.


Tasks in the role
  • Contribute to marketing strategy and messaging, ensuring technical accuracy.

  • Coordinate and execute the announcement of new functionality.

  • Produce educational content, including videos, articles, webinars, emails, one-pagers, slide decks, and more.

  • Partner with stakeholders to produce content highlighting successful Kompyte users.

  • Support user research initiatives, creating discussion guides and interviewing end-users to inform educational content and programs.

  • Support other user education initiatives as needed.

  • Develop and communicate value propositions for marketing purposes.

  • Develop customer personas.

  • Conduct market research to bring the voice of the market to Kompyte.

  • Become the go-to expert on key competitors, researching competitive solutions, and creating assets to showcase Kompyte's differentiation.

  • Establish approaches, methods, and requirements for product positioning.

  • Coordinate and announce new product functionality campaigns.

Who we are looking for
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience in digital marketing required

  • Thorough knowledge of the martech market, including digital environment (products, client & customer business models).

  • Product-Led Growth knowledge

  • Knowledge of technology products in mid market businesses

  • Have a broad product and marketing experience with deep experience in writing and producing impactful educational content

  • Excellent communicator with a strong ability to work with various stakeholders

  • A stronger writer and strategic thinker with knack for crafting stories that resonate with end users

  • The ability to take a critical look at existing educational content and to identify gaps and to uplevel what we do

  • Collaborative work style, ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

Kompyte Product Development; the main activities are design, development and operation of the AI competitive intelligence platform.

The Senior Product Marketing Manager will work at the intersection of product development, marketing, and sales to implement marketing strategies for our products. This role ensures that customers and internal teams understand the unique features and capabilities of our products while promoting the benefits and value they deliver to the target audience.
