Program Manager

Webasto is looking for aProgram Manager take part in the success and growth of sustainability andhelp Dirve the future of mobility.

The Webasto - PosiCharge line of intelligent chargers is a market-leading charging solution for the Material Handling Equipment industry.

Responsibilities for this position include:

• Lead the projects for the Material Handling Equipment (MHE) industrial charging product line.
• Projects include new engineering development and series / sustaining projects.
• Ensure projects meet schedule and cost targets.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure success of projects.
• Interface with suppliers for development, quality and continuous improvement activities
• Facilitates and participates in product design, manufacturing and tool kick off reviews
• Periodically update management on status of projects.
• Schedules, coordinates and organizes build and delivery of development prototypes
• Conduct project review meetings.

Skills for this position include:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering plus 3 years automotive industry experience, or at least 3 years directly related technical experience in the automotive industry
• Technical skills and project management skills required
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills required
• Ability and willingness to travel out- of- town
