Job Summary:
This role is responsible for the design, delivery and evaluation of online training resources, task/procedural documentation, classroom training and organizational development initiatives. This position will also develop, maintain and evaluate online documentation, research tools and web-based training resources for operating departments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, implement and evaluate targeted training initiatives including classroom training, online training and distance learning initiatives
* Conduct organizational development initiatives designed to enhance staff performance and organizational efficiencies
* Consults with AB departments to identify current operating procedures and clarify targeted objectives for training resources
* Develop and implement certification programming including testing and validation for performance initiatives
* Evaluate the effectiveness of training resources providing recommendations for improvement
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This job does not have supervisory duties.
Education and Experience:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* 2 or more years of related experience (training andorganization development or experience in operations preferred)

* Knowledge and understanding of adult learning principles
* Documentation and technical writing skills
* Project management experience/skills

Compensation offered for this role is$52,500.00-$83,250.00 per yearand is based on experience and qualifications.

The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation, which includes a drug screen.
