Position: Case Design Consultant
Department: Wealth Management Marketing
Reporting to: VP of Operations
Overview:
Are you someone who likes to work in a fast-paced, busy environment? As a Case Design Consultant, you will be responsible for providing our advisors customer portfolio analysis for their clients. You will also be analyzing various financial circumstances to provide recommendations for financial products.
What you'll do:
- Review and evaluate client statements
- Run fund expense and bell curve reports, providing an analysis on individually held positions
- Guide advisors through reports, assess expenses and fees, and highlight potential problems with a client's current portfolios
Experience you'll bring:
- PC proficiency, ability to work on several platforms at once
- Excellent communication skills
- Time management with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently, but also as a collaborative team member
- Detail oriented, focused on quality in all aspects of your work
Bonus Points:
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience working in financial services industry
- Previous customer service experience
