Job Summary:

We're looking for a creative and strategic individual to join our Claims Telematics team. In this high-impact role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and iterate on telematics-driven solutions. As a member of the Claims Telematics department you'll lead strategic projects and serve as a strategic thought partner to the Claims organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Effectively partner to design changes to process, technology, and the claims operating model

Drive strategic claims telematics projects across lifecycle including design, implementation, change management, and user adoption.

Consider variety of inputs to develop and communicate recommendations regarding deliverables and claims telematics strategy. (e.g. research, test and learn findings, partnerships, etc.).

Anticipate and interpret internal and/or external business challenges and or regulatory issues.

Incorporate business and industry knowledge of trends and best practices in solving complex problems.

Develop assumptions and end-to-end business scenarios, interpret results, and provides feedback to improve the quality of deliverables.

Ensures effective communication of business objectives, results, processes, etc. across teams.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
This job does have supervisory duties.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • 7 or more years of related experience

  • Prior experience with designing or implementing telematics programs (client or TSP)

Functional Skills:

Applies broad knowledge of insurance policy, coverage, regulation, claim processes, and claim systems

Applies broad knowledge of telematics technology, programs, tools, and industry best practices

Applies broad ability to leverage learned technical skills in support of team objectives

Ability to influence and facilitate critical conversations at executive and team level

Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Ability to drive complex work to delivery

Insurance industry knowledge or consulting certifications (i.e. BPM, Six Sigma, ASQ) a plus

Compensation offered for this role is$102,500.00-$170,375.00 per yearand is based on experience and qualifications.
