Revenue Operations Manager

• Evaluate, implement, and manage business processes relating to sales, marketing, and finance
• Partner with sales and marketing team to improve data workflows for accurate metrics
• Design workflows to optimize the use of our enterprise tools (Salesforce, Groove, Outreach, Gong, etc.)
• Support the marketing and sales teams by providing the analytics to understand process gaps and design and implement scalable solutions
• Analyze data to support business strategies and initiatives (such as forecasting and capacity planning)
• Translate analysis into insights and recommendations that are actionable for the stakeholders
• Provide support in maintaining departmental management metrics

• 3+ years of experience working in business, sales, or marketing operations
• Strong understanding with concepts including lead funnel, sales cycle, and/ or customer lifecycle journeys
• Experience in B2B or B2C SaaS environment
• Experience with BI Tools (Looker preferred)
• Experience with extracting data and building reports in CRMs (Salesforce preferred)
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills with proven ability to communicate solutions confidently and effectively
• Entrepreneurial and thrive in a dynamic environment
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and drive work independently, working with deadlines in a fast paced environment with a consistent track record of exceeding goals
• Proficient in Google G Suite (Slides, Docs, Sheets, etc.), Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.)

Salary: $130,000 - $160,000
