Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) Oracle Application Developer - IT Specialist (APPS Cloud) Hybrid - Location Washington DC $103,651.00 - $157,829.00 The Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) whose mission is to enhance the fiscal and financial stability, accountability and integrity of the Government of the District of Columbia is in search of an Oracle ERP Specialist / Information Technology Specialist (APPS-CLOUD). This position is in the Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO), Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO). The incumbent works closely with the Office of the Chief Financial Officer and other District government stakeholders in conducting work that involves the design, documentation, development, modification, testing, installation, implementation, and support of new or existing applications software. Duties include, but are not limited to:
Minimum Qualifications: Five (5) years of progressive experience performing the related duties and responsibilities such as gathering and translating business requirements into technical specifications; providing production support of enterprise applications; expertise in System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) of application software; and the ability to interact with various stakeholders. Oracle ERP/EPM Cloud experience preferred.
