Tasks in the role
  • Partner with sales and commercial leaders to develop a comprehensive strategy and roadmap for our Commercial Systems, including, but not limited to Salesforce. Com, Configure Price Quote, Contract Lifecycle Management, lead and opportunity scoring, and Sales Productivity Tools.

  • Own the end-to-end Quote to Cash technology process.

  • Drive the continuous delivery of our Salesforce. Com product and the delivery of key projects.

  • Drive solution design for new sales capabilities, such as implementing account structure in salesforce. Com, Contract Lifecycle Management, and CPQ.

  • Manage the overall Sales IT portfolio.

  • Provide thought leadership on Sales & Commercial technology trends / best practices and drive feature implementation to make the sales team more effective.

  • Manage the performance of Sales IT Organization and develop team and individual goals and development plans.

Who we are looking for
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce solution and best practices.

  • Extensive experience implementing and managing Salesforce.

  • Strong track record in executing both large, complex projects, and managing a mature product team.

  • In-depth understanding of Sales and Commercial processes and ability to understand business needs.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to build strong, trusted partnerships with stakeholders, team members, vendors, and third-party partners.

  • Outstanding team leadership skills, including coaching, organizational planning, and team development.

A bit about the team

You can get to know the team better at one of the interviews, but some brief information about future colleagues will be useful now.

Our team partners closely with the Sales Organization to collaboratively deliver solutions to some of the company's biggest challenges. We consist of Salesforce Admins, Support Specialists, Backend Developers, and QA Engineers. The Sales IT team is currently a team of 10 and growing to meet the increased demand for sales technology. You'd report directly to the Sr. IT Director, Business Systems. The Business Systems Department partners with all of the business functions, including Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance and others.
