Desired candidate location in Texas "Will also consider candidates in Seattle and Denver" Summary / Objective We are seeking a highly motivated Corporate/Business Development Analyst Intern to join our dynamic team. The Corporate/Business Development Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and executing strategic initiatives to support our company's growth and partnership objectives. This internship will last approximately 3 months. What You'll Do Conduct market research, financial analysis, and due diligence to identify potential investment opportunities and strategic partnerships. Develop and maintain financial models, projections, and valuation analyses to evaluate potential deals and economic structure. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, assess risks and opportunities, and prepare presentations for senior management. Identify and track industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments that may impact our potential partner's business strategy. Prepare and present reports, recommendations, and updates to senior management and board of directors. Who You Are / What You Bring Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field. Currently enrolled in a Masters/MBA program. 2+ years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or related fields. Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint or Google Workspace. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner. Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering high-quality work. The U.S. base salary range for this position is $25/hr.
