The primary purpose of this job is to serve as the primary control point for all region information, coordinate the collection of all recaps, tracking documents, and business information to ensure compliance and accountability while maintaining strict confidentiality.


* Serve as the key contact between the regional director and store teams for the follow-up and collection of information.
* Create measures to assist the regional director from a recap and reporting perspective that ensures operational execution of relevant data points.
* Coordinate region hiring panel interviews and maintain associated tracking sheets and reports.
* Coordinate and facilitate region mass hire campaigns.
* Support the entire regional support team with the coordination of all schedules, meetings, and volunteerism to ensure proper team collaboration.
* Primary point of contact, follow-up, and liaison for the stores on needed support matters other than those appropriate to be handled by the regional director or the regional support team.
* Prioritize discretion and judgement as well as facilitate direct communications with business partners to ensure compliance.


* Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
* Must be able to communicate and understand company policies and safety regulations in order to complete job duties in a satisfactory manner.
* Must meet the ergonomic and physical requirements, as well as the physical base scores for this position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
* Must meet the company performance standards for the job including but not limited to regular attendance.
* Must be able to use, or learn to use, the equipment and tools used to perform this job.


* Shift hours: minimum 4-hour shifts or more depending upon business needs
