The Operational Excellence Site Leader operationalizes High Performance Teams (HPTs) to accomplish facility-wide operational excellence and Parker Lean System (PLS) initiatives for one of Parker Hannifin's most profitable manufacturing sites. This position will have a relentless focus on eliminating waste and improving our manufacturing processes. On a plant scale, the Site Leader will strengthen our organizational passion for continuous improvement through greater employee engagement, training, and alignment of improvement initiatives with business strategies and revitalize the existing lean manufacturing program.
