Role summary: The Investment Strategist will work closely with the Investment Group to help shape and influence the use of derivatives in CG's investment portfolios. The role will work directly with Portfolio Managers to look at risk and consider how best to manage it. Focus of the role will involve derivative usage considerations across different currencies and products, and the creation of new analysis to support market themes. The Investment Strategist will act as subject matter expert and proactive educator of derivatives internally and will also regularly liaise between the Investment Group and other functions such as Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Risk for special projects. Skills/qualifications:
Southern California Base Salary Range: $175,000-$290,000 In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
