The RN is educationally prepared for competent practice at the beginning level upon graduation from an approved school of nursing. The RN assumes the primary responsibility and accountability for the delivery of all patient care. The RN Float PRN ll commitment is 3 shifts per 28 days (36 hours) (1 weekend shift; 1 major winter holiday per year & 1 major summer holiday per year). Floating would be between two departments and the shift may rotate (days/nights) every 4 weeks Education/Experience:
