As an Enterprise Client Relationships Manager, you will deliver Capital Group's enterprise value to the firm's strategically important global clients to enhance firm-wide strategy and provide a superior client experience to a select set of global financial institutions (herein referred to as "GFI").

- You will represent the global, firm-wide Capital Group relationship and partnership with key global client sand share the value proposition of working with CG
- You will work closely with CG's Senior Relationship Manager and Relationship Manager counterparts at key global client firms to ensure interests are aligned in driving forward a mutually beneficial agenda that accounts for both firms' priorities, fosters top-of-the-house connectivity, and surfaces opportunities to introduce new lines of business
- You have coordinated high-impact strategic leadership engagements designed to discuss mutually important industry and business topics to materially advance the relationship
- You will communicate CG's firm-wide initiatives and strategy with Enterprise Relationship Management "ERM"/GFI counterparts
- You have experience creating and owning enterprise account plans / engagement roadmaps and relationship org charts
- You will partner with North America and Europe/Asia Client Groups on briefing documents, relationship snapshots and talking points ahead of key GFI meetings with the Capital Group Management Committee
- You have experience with circulating and actioning takeaways from executive meetings, workshops or strategic leadership summits and helping marshal resources to guide next steps
- You will deepen all teams' understanding of the client's short- and long-term business priorities, objectives and pain points and empower local teams with global insights
Skills/qualifications:
- BA or BS degree is required
- Must hold a series 7 and 66; bonus CFA and/or MBA
- Minimum of 5-years financial services industry experience
- Relationship management experience required
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills as well as a strength in synthesizing information and presenting it in a distilled manner both in-person, virtually and in written form
- Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of client engagement strategies and tactics
- Has a proven track record of recognizing and communicating business-building insights
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment that is characterized by innovation, collaboration, communication, iteration, and speed
- Exhibits business acumen and professional maturity in working with all levels of associates, particularly possesses strong executive presence
- Displays ability to initiate, develop, collaborate, and maintain good working relationships and navigate and influence cross-functional teams to complete business objectives
- Demonstrates intellectual curiosity and analytical thinking in areas of high complexity
- Is effective in using insight to influence groups and senior associates
Southern California Base Salary Range: $125,329-$200,526
New York Base Salary Range: $132,855-$212,568
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
