As Programmatic Operations Manager you'll work in a high energy environment to ensure Dice job listing campaigns are running smoothly and effectively. You will troubleshoot technical issues, deliver reports, and optimize campaigns while delivering valuable insight to clients. In this role, you'll be responsible for:
- Creating, managing, maintaining, optimizing, and scaling all aspects of programmatic job placement
- Handling set up and onboarding of new agencies and/or feeds
- Ongoing analysis of all feeds/campaigns/clients/jobs to ensure optimization of performance and revenue (traffic, CPA/CPC, pricing, performance)
- Communicating regularly with agency traders to monitor and adjust campaigns
- Monitoring traffic/data via Tableau and externally via partner databases
- Troubleshooting programmatic feeds and challenges
- Determining how to enhance campaigns at client level and from company perspective
- Handling month-end billing for appropriate month attribution for sales bookings
- Working closely with Agency Team to engage with existing and new programmatic partners

Education, Experience
- Moderate business operations management experience

- Programmatic product knowledge
- Solid SQL and Excel skillset
- Experience utilizing Tableau
Compensation $100,000 - $130,000 base salary per year, plus 10% annual bonus at 100% of plan targets tied to company and individual performance. Offer will depend on location and level of knowledge, skills, abilities and experience.
