We invite you to view the opportunity below. Responsible for approval and concurrence duties for Associated Bank's Commercial Lending groups. Using defined credit approval authority, responsible with LOB (Line of Business) for ensuring commercial loan requests are consistent with Loan Policy while maintaining acceptable risk limits for the Bank, minimizing losses, and maximizing profitability goals. Assist in monitoring the quality of the commercial loan portfolio and make accurate and timely decisions regarding Asset Quality Ratings (AQR). This person will: Ensure thorough analysis of the credit worthiness and proper loan structure while maintaining consistent adherence to Commercial Lending Policies and Standards as well as regulatory compliance. Signature authority of up to $25 million depending on type of credit request. Add value to the sales process by providing expertise in credit policy and proper loan structuring, as well as appropriate response times to maximize opportunities in meeting sales goals. Make accurate and timely assessment of Loan Risk Ratings while also utilizing bank systems, reports, and attendance at Quarterly Credit/Classified meetings to monitor maturity dates, annual review dates, past due financial reporting, borrowing certificates, compliance certificates, trend cards and document exceptions to ensure the ongoing quality of the portfolio.
